In order to provide you with the service you deserve, it is necessary that you carefully read the following clauses that specify the way in which deliveries and shipments will be carried out according to the service of your preference.

 

Deliveries

  1. ⁠Directamente en el mostrador de nuestro showroom ubicado en Tlalpan #949, Niños Héroes de Chapultepec, Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México, 03440 (U-Storage Tlalpan 949), a unos pasos del metro Villa de Cortés y Nativitas en un horario de 14:00 a 20:00 hrs (acceso únicamente con previa cita, agenda dando click aquí).
    NOTA: La tolerancia máxima para el pick up de tu orden es de 7 días naturales, posteriormente a ellos no nos hacemos responsables de la misma.

  2. A través de tu conductor privado preferido (didi, uber, rappi, etc) solicitándolo desde tu aplicación a Monkey Paw México (Tlalpan #949, Niños Héroes de Chapultepec, Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México, 03440) en un horario de 14:00 a 20:00 hrs NOTA: Es indispensable que dicho pick up se coordine vía IG, WA o FB para evitar cualquier tipo de contratiempo o cancelación.

Shippings

  1. To prepare, wrap and handle your package as it deserves, shipments will be dispatched up to the next business day.
  2. We handle flat rate ($225 MXN DHL or FEDEX) that regardless of weight, measures or quantity of products your shipment will always cost the same, in the case that the package exceeds 7kg this will be sent only by FEDEX.
  3. As soon as your shipment has been dispatched we will email you your tracking number so that you can monitor the real-time status of your package.
  4. In case you choose to send your package to a parcel office (service occurs) please enter the address information in the section “.shippingafter pressing the “ ” buttonpay my order“ inside your shopping cart and followed by this in the section ”payment“select the option that fully describes the type of shipment you are choosing in both courier (DHL) and service (home or occurs).
