If this is your first time buying on our website and you are not sure how to do it, don't worry, in this section we show you step by step how to do it.
1. Start exploring all the products we have available through the interactive menus we designed for you either on the home page, in the headers or in the body of the page (exclusives, products, sales, etc).
2. If you have no idea what to buy but you have a craving to kill that urge to buy, we recommend you to visit the main section “.products“ You can then filter your search through the interactive category menu on the left side of your screen.
3. We have spent so much time to do this in the best possible way that we refined the search results in the most specific way possible that even some categories have subcategories to offer you the best shopping experience. In order to display them just click on each category and in case it has more submenus it will automatically display them.
4. Once you have found the right product for you, we recommend you: 1. click on the image of the product to see pictures of the product from different angles and to know its detailed characteristics in writing. Once you already know the product completely and you are sure you want to buy it: 2. proceed to indicate the number of units you want to buy and finally: 3. press the button “Buy”.add to cart“.
Note: If you are an adventurous buyer, you know the product or you have already seen it before, you can just press the quick access button ”add to cart“You can find it under the product to choose from the list of all products.
6. Once you press the button mentioned above the page will automatically redirect you to your shopping cart and you will see that your product has been successfully added. If you want to add more products to your cart press the gray “continue shopping” button below and repeat steps 1 and 2 again.
7. If you have your order ready proceed to press the red button below “pay my order”.
8. Enter your shipping information
9. Select the option of shipping of your choice.
10. Finally select one of our 3 available payment methods and press the bottom green button “pay now”.
11. Provide the requested data if you choose paypal or mercadopago as payment method and that's it! your purchase is done.
NOTE: If you are looking to pay for your product in fixed monthly installments, we recommend using the “Mercado Pago” method, as it is the only one that always has this method active and in many cases offers interest-free installments only with participating cards (see their current promotions)
