        Deliveries

Through your preferred private driver (didi, uber, rappi, etc) requesting it from your application to 5 de Febrero #815 (in front of the Xola metrobus) on a 24/7 hours schedule NOTE: It is essential that the pick up is coordinated via IG, WA or FB to avoid any kind of mishap or cancellation.

        Shippings

        1. To prepare, wrap and handle your package as it deserves, shipments will be dispatched up to the next business day.
        2. We handle flat rate ($225 MXN DHL or FEDEX) that regardless of weight, measures or quantity of products your shipment will always cost the same, in the case that the package exceeds 7kg this will be sent only by FEDEX.
        3. As soon as your shipment has been dispatched we will email you your tracking number so that you can monitor the real-time status of your package.
        4.
